İskele

From a vague project intent to an executable delivery kit, packaged as a Claude skill.

English

“I know roughly what I want to build” is not a plan, and neither is a task list someone wrote in one sitting. İskele turns the first into the second and then into something you can actually run against: a domain model, a phased roadmap whose phases have gates, an atomic backlog where every task carries an acceptance criterion, a Definition-of-Done, a tracker, and a progress report that regenerates itself from the tracker rather than from someone’s impression of how things are going.

Where it starts: with a vague intent — “I want to build X” — and nothing upstream is required. No Kıyas seeds, no Mizan registry: those are inputs İskele can use, not doors it waits behind. What it needs is someone who will answer the constraint questions in step 1, because a kit built on assumed answers is a kit that has to be rebuilt.

Two properties it refuses to give up. Every task names its arbiter — who returns the verdict that the criterion was met — and a task whose only judge is the person who did the work stays self-reported, never silently promoted. And the progress report rewrites only its generated regions, so hand-written context survives regeneration.

  • Quickstart — install, produce one kit, read the report
  • Usage guide — the seven steps, the gates, the tracker
  • Methodology — the core skill in full
  • Domain model — step 2, the one step that cannot be mechanised
  • Kit manifest — what each piece contains and why
  • Tracking — step 6, the tracker and the generator
  • Recovery — the ramps for when the build goes wrong

A note on languages. The packaged skill body is English — like Mizan and Kıyas, for portability across hosts — and the Turkish originals of SKILL.md and the four references are the Turkish documents: metodoloji · alan modeli · kit manifesti · takip · kurtarma. Either way the rule is the same: the kit is produced in the user’s language, and only the structure is fixed — the same file order, the same fields, the GEN: markers, and the column keys the scripts read.

Worked examples (in the repository): an atomic backlog, a generated progress report, a Kıyas seed handoff, and the portability run.

The family

İskele builds · Mizan weighs · Kıyas generates · ux-mizan measures experience.

İskele builds the structure the other three operate on, and the handoffs are real code, not a diagram: kiyas_to_backlog.py turns Kıyas seeds into backlog tasks, and iskele_to_registry.py turns the backlog into a Mizan registry — where Mizan’s own validator, not İskele’s, is the arbiter. iskele_results.py closes the loop: completed tasks return to that registry as results. ux-mizan findings re-enter the backlog (ux_to_backlog.py) as tasks carrying acceptance criteria of their own.

İskele kurar · Mizan tartar · Kıyas üretir · ux-mizan deneyimi ölçer.

İskele, diğer üçünün üzerinde çalıştığı yapıyı kurar; devirler de diyagram değil gerçek kod: kiyas_to_backlog.py Kıyas tohumlarını backlog görevine, iskele_to_registry.py backlog’u bir Mizan registry’sine çevirir — orada hakem İskele’nin değil, Mizan’ın kendi doğrulayıcısıdır. iskele_results.py döngüyü kapatır: tamamlanan görevler o registry’ye sonuç olarak döner. ux-mizan bulguları ise (ux_to_backlog.py) kendi kabul kriterini taşıyan görevler olarak backlog’a geri girer.
